Roger Rukundo, MS

Senior Analyst, Economic Modeling

Poste #289

Graduated from Laval University in 2019 with a master’s degree in Agroeconomics (with thesis), Roger joined Logiag’s climate transition team in 2021.

In addition to having over five years of experience in international development, Roger has also worked as a research professional in the Department of Agri-Food Economics at Laval University, focusing on the implementation of the circular economy concept in agriculture. In his spare time, Roger is also interested in data science, which he explores using Python programming, among other things.

At Logiag, Roger works to establish the economic parameters for a farm to transition to low-GHG practices. He also works with farms to determine how these new practices will affect their profitability. In a nutshell, Roger can tell you how much a carbon credit can cost you, or how much you can earn.
