Guillaume studied at l’Université Laval, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in agronomy in 1996 and a master’s degree in plant biology in 2001. Guillaume also successfully completed a short graduate program in project management at l’Université du Québec en Outaouais in 2018.

After his master’s degree, he worked as an intern for six months in Guinea, a West African country, before serving for more than 20 years as a senior advisor in an Outaouais agro-environmental consulting club. Guillaume joined Logiag’s agronomy team in 2022.
