
Christian L. Goueguel, PhD
Christian L. Goueguel is a spectroscopist and physicist with more than ten years of experience in optics, plasma laser spectroscopy and analytical instrument development.
Holder of a doctorate in physics from the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), Christian has held the positions of postdoctoral researcher at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), ORISE fellow at the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and senior optical engineer for a medical device manufacturer in Scottsdale, Arizona.
He has published over 30 research papers, some of which were featured as the cover art of the prestigious Journal of Analytical Atomic Spectrometry. Christian is also a frequent referee for some of the leading publications in the field of optics and atomic spectroscopy. Passionate about applied research and the development of cutting-edge analytical instruments, Christian brings both his expertise in chemometric modeling and keen eye for detail to provide innovative solutions to customers’ needs.
