Dedicated Dairy Farms Program

Attend a information session

Dedicated Dairy Farms is a unique French-only initiative that began in 2022 with a pilot project involving some 30 farms. It enables an unprecedented collaboration between dairy producers, agronomists from Logiag, an agri-food processor (General Mills, maker of Liberté brand yogurts) and a non-profit organization committed to regenerative agriculture (Regeneration Canada).

In concrete terms, General Mills pays for agronomic support for the farms, including the inventory of their greenhouse gas (GHG), training and agronomic support facilitating the adoption of regenerative practices.

Dairy farms, for their part, are betting on the strength of a diversified team to review their practices and pave the way for the future. And it’s working, as the collaboration is already entering its third year.
