Biography of Charles Nault
Charles Nault, engineer, is the president and CEO of Logiag. He has an MBA and an engineering degree from the University of Sherbrooke. After working for five years in a manufacturing plant, he co-founded Logiag and now presides over internal management and strategic development.

Biography of Jacques Nault
Jacques Nault completed his secondary studies at the MacDonald Campus of McGill University. He obtained a bachelor's degree in agriculture in 1984 and a master's degree in 1991. A member of the College of Agronomists of Quebec since 1984, he is now recognized as a specialist in the management of soil and crops. Between 1994 and 2001, Jacques taught courses on fertilization and management of soil and crops in several educational institutions, including McGill University and the Agricultural Technology Institute of Saint-Hyacinthe. A proven author and scientist, he wrote or co-wrote several documents: - author of several training documents, including one on agro-environmental plans for fertilization and another on a systemic approach to evaluation and to management of the agriculture business - author of three technical guides on erosion control and tillage - co-author of a book outlining practical solutions to combat blue algae in waterways. As the co-founder of Logiag, he now works in technical support for employees and partners and sees to the development of the business. He is also the co-founder and CEO of a company in the United States which offers agronomic and environmental services in three states. An agronomist with over 30 years of experience, his greatest passion has always been agriculture.

Biography of Rosanne Chabot
Rosanne obtained a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering from Laval University in 1995. She also has a master's degree on the physical, chemical, and biological functioning of the continental biosphere, obtained from Pierre-and-Marie-Curie University (Paris VI), the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon (INAPG), and IRSTEA, as well as a PhD on the influence of root samples on the hydraulic operation of drainage, of which the experimental portion took place in Morocco. Since 2002, Rosanne has worked in NMP, requests from C.A., and has also overseen the FRM service and managed the records of swine integrators. After four years with Engineers Without Borders, she returned to Logiag in 2012 as director of the service for leveling, drainage, and plot planning.

Biography of Jean-Christophe Hébert
Jean-Christophe obtained a bachelor's degree in plant science from McGill University in 2001. After holding jobs at MAPAQ and Agriculture Canada, he joined Logiag in 2001 and worked for the four advisory boards managed by Logiag from 2001 to 2014. Over the years, Jean-Christophe has acquired experience in fertilization and in monitoring crops. He is now specialized in soil conservation and the management of water and leveling.

Biography of Ève Pontbriand-Sarao
Eve Pontbriand-Sarao holds a bachelor's degree in agronomy from Laval University. In 2002, upon completion of her studies, she joined logiag Inc. as an agri-environmental advisor and, as such, develops agri-environmental fertilization plans (PAEFs), certificate applications for authorization and field follow-ups. Eve currently holds the position of Director of Agricultural Services and her duties are geared towards coordinating and supervising a multidisciplinary team and achieving the company's objectives by optimizing internal resources.

Biography of Caroline Noël
Caroline obtained a bachelor's degree in agronomy from Laval University in 2002. After working summer jobs in pig farms, goat farms, a vegetable farm, and a laboratory, she served as Executive Director of the goat producers union of Quebec, affiliated with the UPA. She then joined Logiag in 2010 and was promoted to team leader of agro-environmental advisers in 2014.

Biography of Guillaume Boivin
Guillaume obtained a bachelor's degree in agronomy from Laval University in 2008. Prior to joining Logiag, Guillaume worked as a research assistant at Laval University from 2004 to 2008. He then held positions as a research assistant, representative, and project manager at the cooperative Uniforce until 2013, while also serving as a director on the board of the Montreal-South Shore section of the Order of Agronomists until 2011. Guillaume joined Logiag in 2014 as the director of agricultural recycling services.

Evens obtained a bachelor's degree in agronomy from the University of Haiti in 2007 and master's of environmental science at AgroParisTech in 2011. Having held positions of agricultural technician, agriculture adviser, and head of research in Haiti, France, and Quebec, he joined Logiag in 2014 as an agro-environmental adviser for our clients, specializing in manure pile recommendations.

After working for three years at the Génétiporc division of Aliments Breton as the head of the Research and Development department and also as the person in charge of the monitoring and development of genetic projects, she joined Logiag for new challenges and for practical work with agricultural producers.

Marie-Michelle has held a bachelor's degree in agronomy from Laval University since 2017. After holding summer jobs on a few dairy farms, she was a technical support company at Synagri. Subsequently, she wanted to explore the market gardening estate by growing vegetables on her own and working on the market garden roof of La Ligne Verte in the heart of the island of Montreal. She now holds a position as an agri-environmental consultant as an agronomist at Logiag.

Biography of Miranda Zolla
Miranda Zolla has held a bachelor's degree in agronomy from McGill University since 2020. During her studies, she worked as a musician and held summer jobs in large crops and vegetable crops. Two weeks after passing the Agronomy Exam of the College of Agronomists, she quickly got a job at Logiag. She has been working as an agri-environmental advisor since December 2020.

Marie-Claire holds a master's degree in integrated water management from McGill University since 2009 and a bachelor's degree in environmental biology from the University of Alberta since 2006. After working in international development, she led collective mobilization and consultation projects in various environmental and social fields. Marie-Claire joined Logiag in 2020 and is contributing to the development of a collective climate transition approach in agriculture

Sylviane holds a master's degree in environmental sciences from the University of Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in France since 2014, and a master's degree in urban infrastructure management engineering from the School of Advanced Technology in Montreal, since 2019.

Committed to the cause of sustainable development, she has worked in community settings for social and solidarity economy projects, as well as in construction companies to achieve the objectives of environmental and energetic building performance. Sylviane joined Logiag in 2021 as a climate change compliance specialist where she works to ensure a normative framework for carbon balance development.

Having acquired over 12 years of experience in administration and accounting, Diane joined Logiag in October 2010 as an administrative and accounting assistant. She now occupies only the assistant accounting position and also assists the external auditor in his duties.

Dalil obtained a bachelor's degree in computer science in Algeria in 1997 and a master's in software engineering from the mountain campus of the University of Montreal. After working 10 years with the Bin Brook group from the United Arab Emirates, he developed a tool for analyzing objects for JavaScript code, worked as a developer at the University of Montreal, and developed the donation management application of the IBCR organization. Since November 2013, he has been a developer at Logiag.

Biography of Virginie Charpentier
Virginie obtained a bachelor's degree in biology with a concentration in ecology from the University of Sherbrooke in 2000. She has worked at Logiag since 2002 and started as a technical adviser. Since her time at Logiag, she has also worked in data validation for NMPs and in the improvement of software and of NMPs. She is now the team leader of compliance analysts and focuses primarily on providing support to our partners.

Biography of Christian Goueguel
Christian L. Goueguel is a specialist in laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), with more than 10 years of experience in fundamental and applied research. Christian holds a PhD degree in Physics from the National Institute of Scientific Research (INRS). He conducted his doctoral research at the National Research Council of Canada in Boucherville, which focused on the use of selective wavelength approaches to improve LIBS sensitivity. Christian was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, and then at the National Energy Technology Laboratory as a recipient of the US Department of Energy's ORISE Fellowship. His pioneering work in the in-situ analysis of water-carbon dioxide mixtures at high pressures, has contributed to the development of a fiber-based LIBS system for leakage measurements and monitoring tasks in carbon capture and storage. Christian authored and co-authored 22 publications in scientific journals and conference proceedings and has given more than 30 presentations at international conferences. He is also very involved in the LIBS community as a reviewer of several scientific journals, as well as being a member of the North American Society for Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy and the Society for Applied Spectroscopy.
